Explanation of the Execution of the Commonwealth Public Trust
The Constitution as a Trust
The Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imperial) is, in form and function, a Trust Instrument:
Settlor/Trustor → The People of The Commonwealth and the Imperial Parliament that enacted the Constitution.
Trustees → The Crown and those appointed to hold public office under the Constitution.
Beneficiaries → The People of The Commonwealth, for whose peace, order, and good government the Constitution was established.
Trust Property → The Commonwealth itself: the land, the institutions, and the rights and liberties secured by law.
Like any trust, the Constitution binds Trustees to act faithfully, honestly, and in the best interests of the Beneficiaries.
Right of the People under Trust Law
When Trustees (such as politicians or office-holders) fail in their duty or attempt to usurp the Trust for private or corporate ends, they act as Trustees de son tort (trustees of their own wrong).
In such cases, the Beneficiaries — the People — have the lawful right to intervene and appoint new Trustees to safeguard the Trust. This principle is enshrined in equity: “A trust shall not fail for want of a trustee.” If the appointed Trustees will not serve faithfully, the Beneficiaries may appoint those who will.
Application Today
The People of The Commonwealth have exercised this right by:
Executing the Declaration of Trust and Founding Trust Deed of the Commonwealth Public Trust in 2025;
Appointing the Commonwealth Trustee and the Board of Stewards to stand as lawful Trustees in Right of The Commonwealth of Australia;
Giving full public notice and opportunity to rebut, thereby ensuring the process was carried out peacefully, rightfully, honourably, and lawfully.
The Governor-General’s Office, by failing to refute the People’s right to reclaim what is rightfully ours, by failing to rebut the truth or validity of the Trust Document, or to present a higher claim of authority, has tacitly agreed to the lawful perfection of the Trust. This confirms that We, the People, are the supreme Authority and have every right to restore our Birth Right — namely, The Commonwealth of Australia.

Commonwealth Electoral Roll Enrolment
National Identity Document / Papers
The Commonwealth Electoral Roll Enrolment – National Identity Document / Papers are the lawful means by which every living man or woman may restore their standing as a National of The Commonwealth of Australia under the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imperial).
This Statutory Declaration, made pursuant to the Statutory Declarations Act 1911 (Imperial), allows each individual to:
Affirm their nativity and Divine and Natural Right as a natural-born subject of The Crown.
Refute and deny any presumption of voluntary membership in the corporate political society styled as the UN Member State “AUSTRALIA.”
Revoke all unlawful oaths, contracts, or pledges that lack full disclosure and lawful consideration.
Promise and confirm their Allegiance to Almighty God, The Crown, and The Commonwealth in accordance with Schedule 1 of the Constitution.
Provide lawful proof of identity as a living soul by signature and red thumbprint, sealed in the public record.
By completing this Declaration and entering upon the restored Commonwealth Electoral Roll, each man and woman reclaims their Birthright Nationality, Rights, and Protections, and extinguishes the corporate presumption of citizenship or residency in a foreign Political Society.
This is not a licence or privilege; it is the restoration of inherent and unalienable rights under The Constitution, Common Law, Equity, and Divine Law. Once entered in The Commonwealth Office of Record, such enrolment becomes binding public record and lawful evidence of standing.

Perfection of The Commonwealth Public Trust
Public Record of Notice and Service
Below are two foundational documents that complete the perfection of The Commonwealth Public Trust in law, equity, and public record:
Public Notice Executed in Three Tiers
In accordance with lawful custom and public trust procedure, three levels of public notice were executed to perfect the Trust:
First Notice: The Trust was read aloud and formally executed into the public record on the 13th Day of the Fourth Month, 2025 — at a Public Ceremony, witnessed and sealed by the First Trustee and Trust Protectors and duly wittnessed by a Commonwealth Notary Public and one other Commonwealth National.
Second Notice: Published on www.commonwealthpublicnotice.org — ensuring a standing, timestamped, and globally accessible record.
Third Notice: Published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper — establishing maximum national exposure and meeting public service requirements in both law and equity.
Affidavit of Service - Recorded
This sworn affidavit attests to the lawful service and delivery of the Declaration of Trust, Founding Deed, and supporting documents and the Notice of Acceptance of Tacit Agreement to the following Office Occupants:
The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia,
The High Court of Australia,
The Provost Marshal of the Commonwealth,
The United Nations (New York & Canberra),
And Head Offices of registered political parties operating under the corporate system.
Service was executed via registered mail and email, in good faith and in honour..
Perfection of the Trust
The Commonwealth Public Trust is now perfected in law and equity — standing unrebutted, publicly noticed, and lawfully constituted.
It satisfies all requirements for a valid express trust under:
The Law of Trusts (certainty of intention, subject, and object),
Common Law and Natural Law principles,
And the original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imperial).
It was lawfully formed and executed sui juris — by living men and women in their private capacity — not under any corporate statute, but under the sovereign authority of the People and Crown.
Furthermore:
Under Article 26 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, all treaty-bound parties — including the Commonwealth of Australia (corporate) and the United Nations — are bound to honour international obligations in good faith.
Under their own internal frameworks — including the United Nations Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and the Trusts Act 1991 (Cth) — a lawfully formed and unrebutted express trust must be recognised as valid.
As no rebuttal, objection, or lawful challenge has been raised by any corporate government office or international body, recognition of the Trust is now required under their own law and international treaty obligations.
Notice of Acceptance of Tacit Agreement
This document records the lawful acquiescence of all parties who failed to rebut or respond. Under law and equity, failure to respond to a lawful declaration results in tacit agreement and estoppel by silence, especially when the duty to speak exists. This notice confirms that no rebuttal, counter-claim, or lawful affidavit was received from any party served.
