Drawing authority from the\u00a0<em>Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (Imp.)<\/em>, it asserts that sovereignty ultimately resides with the people, not Parliament, and that the Constitution, under the Royal Coat of Arms, is the supreme law of the land.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The people, as sovereign heirs of the Commonwealth, declare the reclamation of their constitutional inheritance and reaffirm their position as the supreme authority. They call for lawful redress through constitutional courts, the nullification of illegitimate laws and treaties, and the restoration of lawful governance, including a publicly owned commonwealth bank and rejection of foreign control over national affairs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The High Court of Australia is named as the rightful constitutional authority tasked with upholding and interpreting the Constitution, and is expected to strike down any unconstitutional legislation or abuse of power.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The document concludes with a solemn call to action, urging all Australians of conscience to endorse the Covenant and stand peacefully in defence of constitutional law, sovereignty, and future generations.
